How we handle the details you send us. Short version: we use them to quote your job and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form or tell us on the phone: your name, phone number, area or postcode, and what needs cleaning.
How the quote form works
This website has no database. The form builds a WhatsApp message on your own device and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in WhatsApp.
What we do with it
Quote your job, book it, and turn up. We never sell or pass your details to third parties.
How long we keep it
Job records for six years for accounting and insurance purposes. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months.
Analytics
[INSERT GA4 STATUS] — if Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site it collects anonymised usage data. No personally identifying information is shared with it.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at hello@carpetcleaningglasgow.com. We will action it within 30 days.
