How pet odour treatment actually works

What to do before we arrive
Blot with a clean white cloth, pressing straight down — never rub. Work inwards from the edge. Use cool water only. Do not apply bleach, oxygen powders or supermarket stain sticks, especially on wool: they strip dye and leave residue that attracts dirt. Then call us.
